My research interests lie in investigating how p53 modulates chromatin structure to access the promoters of its target genes to regulate gene expression in normal and cancer-derived organoids. I am mainly interested in the dynamics of histone tail post translational modifications (PTMs) upon activation of p53.

Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking and exploring the mountains with my husband and my furry babies (Dieter and Coco). I also enjoy skiing and watching the Denver Nuggets basketball.
