My research interests lie in elucidating the relationship between the p53 protein dynamics and transcriptomic profiles of single cells. In developing computational methods to process and link live cell fluorescence imaging of p53 dynamics and scRNAseq data, I aim to group and correlate distinct p53 time course patterns and transcriptional outputs. This work will reveal how p53 expression regulates transcriptional routines over time and how these relationships contribute to the determination of cellular outcomes.
I also serve as the Disability Advisor for the Systems Biology department, aiming to improve accessibility within the department and create a community for disabled researchers at HMS.
In my free time, I like to paint, learn new languages, and relax outside with coffee and a book!
