WELCOME TO OUR LAB!
We are studying the temporal dynamics of biological signals in human cells by combining quantitative live imaging of protein dynamics in single cells, phenotypic analyses, statistical analyses, and mathematical modeling. We focus on the cell fate decisions orchestrated by the tumor suppressor p53 in response to DNA damage, with the aim of understanding its regulation and function from the molecular to organismal level in normal physiology and cancer.
